ZIO gear is made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, all purchases are final and we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please double-check your size, shipping address, and order details before checking out.

🚫 ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that it can be changed or canceled. Orders may begin processing shortly after they’re placed.

If you notice an issue with your order, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before it ships.

📏 SIZING

Please check the size guide before ordering. We cannot offer returns or exchanges because an incorrect size was selected.

📦 LOST, STOLEN & MISDELIVERED PACKAGES

Once an order has been shipped, ZIO Customs is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can’t locate it, please check around the delivery location and contact the shipping carrier to open a claim.

If there’s an issue with your shipment before it’s marked as delivered, contact us and we’ll help however we can.

⚠️ DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We want you to get what you ordered.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or we sent you the wrong item, contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review it and make it right when appropriate.
